Cabbage Rolls

Today I tried my hand at making cabbage rolls.  Since this is a preliminary attempt with much room for improvement, I will not be posting an exact recipe.

Filling: Chicken, potatoes, red wine, onions, garlic, salt and soy sauce to taste.

Gravy: Tomatos, onions, garlic, tomato paste, white wine, vinegar, chicken stock cubes.

The result was rather palatable, albeit lacking in depth of flavour. I felt that the meat could have been more flavourful, which perhaps a switch to beef may accomplish. As for the gravy, some celery would have made a great addition to the overall fragrance of the dish.
